Yes, it is kind of rushed because this is a shortened version of the song, and is part of a compilation of performances of Kris Kristofferson's hits over the years. Somewhere on YouTube there is the full video that shows all 5 or 6 country artists singing shortened versions of Kris' songs, like Willie Nelson, who sang one right after the other. I like her verison best. But it seems rushed. Id like to hear her full verison. It has more blues to it...or it may simply be how shes singing it, either way..its just better.
