I don't see no problem in it, and it isn't weird at all. Their own styles went along amazing great when they played together.
Yes SRV's main genre was blues and he played this song in a blues way, but he could play some great jazz (in some other songs).
Wonder played it jazzy here, but more in a R'n'B - pop way.

It really shows in what misterious ways music really works.

First of all,thanx so much for uoloading,love it and like the 2 of them alot.What is a bit weird about it is that Stevie Wonder is more jazzy and abstract in his playing than SRV,who's really BLUESY and stuff.And SRV is the white guy there...go figure.

Music brings people together; perhaps on of the most remarkable facets.
hey Mr Richards I would love to see you play with Carlos Santana;
he is perhaps like you a free thinker; with mad guitar skills.

"Steve" es garantia, (Lukater, Porkaro, Vai Stevens...) Dos "Steve" es soberbia, la espera de casi 4 minutos para ver solear a Vaughn fue bien remunerada al estilo "pregunta y respuesta".
