So true. I had the pleasure of jamming with these guys at Bushwack. As you must recall, it was located around Parthenia and Lindley in Northridge, across the street from the old Goose Creek.
Even got to do Vida with Ron and I doing double drum sets. Good times!
I remember being at the studio and Ron got a call from Doug saying he may have to evacuate cuz of a big fire in the area. We all went to his house to try and help. Turns out he didn't have to evacuate so we partied instead!

Oh shit!! Its 1969 again and I love it.We opened for these guys at the Blue Law in Torence Ca.Just of the Harbor freeway.Doug is one cool dude and has a lot of dogs at his house.Long live the VOX amp as well as so many of us used them. |
